Marketplace has eaten my L

The marketplace on 1/2/17 has broken and i lost 3,475 L to the infinite load, it took my L after i exited out of the thing since it didnt load and never gave me my items i bought I do not have a order number but it is in my transaction history and the items are still in my cart -w-

Happened to Me too and it eat 5160 LS! Terrible I cant prove it as items stay in my cart and there are no history....only payment to commerce linden on my secondlife account....

I hope we get get an answer soon I lost $1194  also and never got the item from marketplace...Please linden lab look into this!!

same thing happend to me i lost alot of money happend 3 times cause i kept trying for it to go threw and did not notice my money was being taken until it was to late!!!! i have no idea how they are going to fix this or even know who it was or why it happend

Hi there! 

Unfortunately, at this time, the marketplace is down because of a known glitch and will not be back on for a few hours. I have personally been checking myself and it has not come back despite the amount of tries I have done to make sure if it wasn't just me.

As for everyone else, I advise that you guys send a ticket using this link:
