You need to find the person who is the original owner of the copybotted items/textures and let them know about it. Give them the links. In the US, the holder of a copyright is responsible for enforcing it. Once they know, they can file a DMCA to have the content taken down. 

As a US-based company, LL follows US laws. This means they can't and won't do anything about copyright infringement unless the copyright holder is the one to tell them about it.
