About me :

My SL adventure started 10 years ago. I've been building for years in collaboration with Linden Lab and other commercial partners. My interest is to create large scale environment to create outstanding level of details buildings for an immersive experience.

What I am looking for :

I'm looking for business partners that would provide an environment (a dedicated sim) to create my next project. After the creation of the project, I'd appreciate my business partners to keep my creation alive by hosting events for few months. My business may use the creation as a commercial project and generate revenue to finance the projet. However, I'm not interested in building shopping malls.

What do I need :

- 1 dedicated sim for the building phase (could take up to a month since this isn't a full time job for me).

- My partners would be responsible of operating the environment for at least few months (hosting events, club, rp, exploration sim).

- Minimal funding to support the construction (buying assets, uploading textures) I'm not here for money and I'm not trying to make a RL revenue out of this project. Few thousands L$ for the entire project is more than I need.

- Artistic freedom. I'll do my best to create an excellent quality creation.

Art concept :

I want to build a abbandonned casino where events (night club) could be hosted. Alternative activities could be role playing sim. I don't mind the usage as long as my partners will generate traffic and interest from the community. (reference material)

Experience - Example of past projects :

Vamp Gothic Night Club - Crimson Shadow

Unreal Second Life - 2 sims for a shooter game

Machinima (collaboration with Linden Lab) - VIDEO
