I don't know if this is the problem but do you have the "Do Not Disturb" function on regularly? Everything you buy when taht is on, is automatically rejected and deleted.

Wow, I was scratching my head until Chin Rey pointed out the obvious.  YES!  Check to see if your Busy (Unavailable) mode is turned on, and if so, TURN IT OFF.  Then try the redeliveries again.
