Probably because you look so young. ^_^

On the Marketplace, first check that you are logged on, then change the maturity level menu to whatever you want.

In-world, check and change (if necessary) the maturity level in the General Preferences.

That should fix all such problems. If not, your account data has been corrupted and you will have to contact Linden Lab via a Support Case to fix it.
