Good question.  You can call billing and ask them for a definitive answer.  Unless someone here has done that, and very few avi's of that age come here and fewer still have done this, I doubt anyone here knows for sure.

My understanding is that you lose the $L50/week stipend, but gain the $L300/week stipend.  When you talk to Billing you should verify this, AND also ask if you later cancel Premium, will you get back the old $L50/week stipend.
