Linden Homes are on very small land parcels.  In most cases, the walls of the house are right on the border.  If you try to rez an object too close to a parcel border, you will sometimes get this error message.  Try rezzing your object in the center of your home.

If you still get this error, use Live Chat to request assistance from Linden Lab.
