Group-owned Land can't TP people here without having the group

I'm currently running a clinic on my family land and it's group - owned. I tried TPing people but it said the parcel was invalid? I want to tp people without having to give them the group, as random people need to tp here and they wont be able to therefore i cant give service? Help please :) Thank you!
