Unless you have just done something unspeakably evil and been banned from SL, all that probably happened is that your computer's IP address has been mistakenly identified with a banned user.  Most browsers these days assign a dynamic IP address when they are reset, so.... reset yours.  Unplug it from the power for a few minutes, then plug it back in and restart your coimputer.  You might need to do that a few times, just in case.

To add to Rolig's "unspeakably evil" remark...age play, having sex with a child avatar, is one of the unspeakably evil things that will get you banned.  Given your user name, I consider this to be a possibility.
