Did you try to contact the merchant that you purchased the items from???

Go to Marketplace. At top right, click My Marketplace/My Account and then on the left click Order history.

P.S. Four posts for this? Really?

As for your question:

Go to the Marketplace, from MY MARKETPLACE at the top of screen, go to My Account. You will now see (on the left) Order History.

In your Order History you will see the status of your items, whether they are delivered or still queued for delivery. If they say delivered and you have not received them, it also tells you the name of the seller and you can IM that person and ask for a replacement.
