Is there a way to find a sim that I visited after I clear my history?

Teleport History is a separate history from your other histories. Unless you opened PLACES and cleared your Teleport History, it should still be there.

Of course going into the folders and wiping out caches and logs could kill it too. You don't say which viewer you are using so we assume the Linden made default viewer. In which case your Teleport History is in a text file in:

C:\Users\[Win_login_ID]\AppData\Roaming\SecondLife\[avatar_name]\teleport_history.txt

If you did clear your TP History look in the Trash for a file named teleport_history.txt. 

It is also possible to recover the file using Windows file versions. Google for a how to. But, you had to have it turned on. I've never figured out whey it is on and off by default on different machines. So, check.

In general never clear the viewer caches. It is a REALLY BAD idea. There is a whole series of steps to try before getting to a cache clear. There are many old timers that recommend a cache clear for every problem as a first step. But, that is years old advice that aggrevates most problems in current viewers.

In the last year I have not seen ANY problem corrected by an items cache clear. I have seen 1 or 2 solved by clearing the inventory-list cache. Most cache clears just confuse the troubleshooting process and increase the time needed to fix the problem.

The best first step in any troubleshooting senario is to shut everything down and restart the router and computer.

I figured out how to find the location. It was part of the SL Christmas Expo on TINSEL, but the event ended on 12 December so the sim no longer exists. I snoozed so I lost.
