Hi, i don't know why i can't entrar whit my account to sl???

We need more information.  When you log into SL using the viewer, what exactly happens?  Does it freeze and lock up or just crash?  What does the screen say under the progress bar when it stops logging in?  Do you get any messages and if so, what exactly do they say?
