Open World >>> About Land >>> General and then click the button that says Script Infoand then the tab that says My Avatar. You'll see a full list of the scripted objects you are wearing. If it worries you that you are wearing one of them, detach it.
Too Many? There isn't really such a thing as "too many", although you will hear from some people who tell you that there is. The only disadvantage to wearing a lot of scripted items is that if there were already a lot of other scripts running in the region and if the region were already close to being overloaded, they could slow each other down. They will not affect anything else. That is, they will not create "lag", which is what some people worry about. Scripts use whatever server resources are left over after all other functions in the region have been seen to. That means that other sever responsibilities (tracking avatars, moving objects, communicating, displaying textures ...) can lag each other and can slow scripts down, but the reverse is not true.
However, if some person tries to argue with you about it, I advise either taking off some of your scripted objects or going somewhere else. It's not worth fighting over.
