I am able to log in to my account but unable to log in to SL (FireStormOS-Releasex64. Can you help? I am able to log in to my account using Safari browser to request password reset. Not issue getting into my SL account in Safari.

When I try to log  in to SL through FireStorm I get  booted I get the  "Sorry. We could not log you in..." msg

I'm logged in, in Safari, so what do I do?

Firestorm deleted my password even though I had the (Remember Me on this computer) checked. Help please.

in case you need official support from LL always try the LL viewer.

Alwin's answer is about the best you'll get with the information you included in your post. Use the Viewer's HELP->ABOUT... to collect info about your computer and viewer. Include that in your post.
