How do I get this corrected?  There appears to be no ticket system for the marketplace

You could submit a support case, but it's much easier to simply send a polite note to the N-Core owner, explaining what happened.  Copy/paste the details of your transaction from your Marketplace Order History into a notecard to let her see what you actually received.  She's very quick to respond and quite helpful.
