I just bought 2500 L and they were not initiated on my account. How long i need to wait?

What you probably did was to order (not buy) L$, using the Limit Buy option in the LindeX.  If so, I'm guessing that you set an unrealistically low offering price, so it will take a long time -- possibly forever -- before any residents are willing to sell L$ to you at that price.  Remember, this is a currency exchange, not a shop.  If you set a purchase price that nobody likes, there will be no sale.

The solution is to cancel your offer (on your dashboard at secondlife.com >>> LindeX >>> Manage >>> LindeX Order History ).  The money that has been held for the purchase will be transferred instantly to the USD balance in your SL account, so you may place a new order.  This time, use the Market Buy option if you want an immediate sale at the current market price.   Otherwise, place a new Limit Buy offer at a more reasonable price.
