I want to buy Maitreya mesh body but when I change the skin color, the head stays the same color?

The Maitreya body (as well as all other popular products of the same kind) are just bodies, they do not replace your head. This is why your head stays the same colour, no matter what skin you might apply to the body. You could pick up a mesh head too, if you like to. But the easiest solution would be, to go and look if the skin you normaly use offers appliers for mesh bodies in the store where you brought your skin. This way the difference between your normal head and the body will be very small.

But I wonder why you are suprised by this. Testing the demo of the Maitreya body would have shown you the product.

You don't have to buy a mesh head if you don't want to. But to get good match between the skin tones of head and body you need a skin that comes with a Maitreya or Omega applier.
