I picked a new house,but did not get it.Been a week wating. PLEASE HELP!

I gave up my linden house and picked a new one. I was sent to a land mark but no house. I put in to customer support two cases  #01077183 and #01077152. That was a week . Now what ? Please help.

What appears under Dashboard > Land Manager > My Mainland? Is that the same as the landmark you were given? Is there no house there at all when you teleport or no house in your name?
