How to add the paypal account without buying L$?

I try a few weeks to add to my paypal account here.  i get

"to use your PayPal account with Second Life, it must be verified with a bank account"

I added to my bank account and everything seems fine but It is still does not work.

I just want to add my paypal account to payout my l$. i don't want to buy l$.

What should I do ?

You should buy at least $3 worth of L$ and then wait.  Your payment method is not initialized until you have made the first purchase of L$ with it.  Take a look at this table from https://secondlife.com/my/lindex/describe-limits.php :

Notice that you are not allowed to sell any L$ until a week after your first purchase of L$ on the LindeX.  This is a general provision to discourage people from using the LindeX for money laundering.  You may submit a support case to request a review of your trading limits, but that review typically takes at least a week.
