If that's not possible, you may verify it with a bank account, but then you must always maintain a cash balance in the PayPal account itself. That is very important, because a bank cannot transfer funds to PayPal quickly enough to pay for on-line purchases., If you do not already have a cash balance in the PayPal account, your purchase (of L$ or Marketplace items or SL land fees) will be denied.
