Your question makes no sense. If you mean use your USD credit, when you purchase Lindens, your USD balance will be accessed first then your payment on file.

Just click the Buy $L link on your Dashboard page, left side.  Then use the "Instant Buy" option.  The money will be deducted from your $USD balance first.  If there is not enough money there to cover the purchase, your payment method will be billed for the remaining balance.

Lindal and Bobbie are both right. You must already have a verified payment method on file with Linden Lab, however.
