I have absolutely no idea. You have told us nothing useful that might even let us guess. We know nothing about your computer or how you are connected to the Internet, and we have no idea what happens when you try to log in. You said nothing about what you have tried, and we don't know whether you have downloaded and installed a SL viewer. 

If you want to provide extra information or need to clarify your question, click on the Options link in the upper right corner of your question and select EDIT. Please do not start a new thread. Doing that makes it hard for us to see what other people have already suggested, and it pushes other residents' questions off the page.

I don't see a profile for you, so I'm going to guess you've never logged into SL and that Rolig may be right, you haven't even downloaded the viewer. It's time to read these pages...
