I have a problem getting into tex 28 the password does not work how do I straightn it out my email

 i have problem with my tex 28 sign on it is not letting me sign on it at all i have emailed you several times about this mattter how do i get it straight  tex 28

you can not email LL or IM, you need to send in a ticket on the support page

What error message are you getting, Tex?  Edit your original post by using the Options/Edit button at the top right.
