Where and how can we find out when and what Linden Labs have in land to auction or sell?  Where can we find out this information?

If you find a parcel in the auction listings you are interested in, log in and visit the parcel in world before you bid.  There is no substitute for actually seeing and inspecting the land in person.

If you are interested in a Linden-owned parcel that is NOT up for sale (Abandoned - For Sale) or listed in the auctions, you can ask LL to sell it to you or to list it for auction by submitting a support case.  They might not do so, for many reasons...but you can ask.

MOST land for sale on the Mainland is sold directly, from the current owner to another resident.  Auctions represent a very small percentage of the available parcels.  However, the new Horizons regions have created a lot more auction listings recently.  If you're interested in one of these parcels, act fast.  When they've all been auctioned off, the only way to buy one will be to purchase it from another resident, or find one that has been abandoned back to LL.
