My Object has Resizing Disabled, why?

On building a small skybox I made the walls from a hollowed prim the put on a roof and floor.  None of the items are linked and the roof and floor allow editing all options however the walls prim doesn't allow my editing.  Note how all options except Position and Rotation are greyed out.  I'm using Firestorm 64

My guess is a texture has made it no mod.

Could be just a bug or the sim too.  I've created things entirely from scratch and had them turn no mod before. Restart the sim if you can or get it restarted.  I've gone back later and they are ok.
