No, you have to sell the $L on Lindex and leave the $US in your SL account and LL will use that money for your fees before charging anything to your CC.

Technically no you can't, however as Peewee points out you can sell them on the Lindex and then they are converted into US dollars which can be used to pay for your premium account.
