Your account has been closed

Hello, since a few days when i log into SL a message appears and says something like "your account has been closed, maybe there is some problems wuth the sim or your internet conection" does someone know how to fix it? please help!!!

I don't think you are relaying the error message correctly, Ezio.  

If your account was "closed", you would not be able to log into this web site.
