SIM OFFLINE, THEN COMPLETELY GONE??

Calypso Beach YourHOME sim has completely disappeared. Does anyone know why? I lost all of the furniture I had as well as my expensive home. Is there just a glitch? Yesterday it said it was "offline" but today it appears I cannot even find it on the map. Please help!!

Hi Tiffanii,

It's possible the sim owner has left SL, or at least failed to keep up with tier. If that's the case, other renters on the sim will be in the same predicament and may know something about it. You can file a support case with Linden Lab, requesting the region be brought back online long enough for you to retrieve your things.

Select "Land & Region" from the first dropdown and "Report an offline region" in the second.

In the "additional information" box, explain that the region seems to have vanished, you've lost things on it, and you'd like to retrieve them.
