Why i can't update my credit card information ?

If you are outside the US there has been some changes to billing. You should contact billing for help

And the Wiki is down right now

Also the stopped accepting gift cards and prepaid cards..

Buy some Lindens via the Linden Exchange link on your Dashboard. Just follow the process and at the end you will be asked to input your credit card details so type in the new card details and your payment info will be updated same time as purchasing the Lindens.
