why when i buy L$ i'm not getting them

guessing you make a limit sell with a rate that isn't acceptable for others, who want to sell their L$.

 

if you want your money instanly you have to do a market buy.

Check your order history ( manage button ) and cancel your limit buy if your rate is out of the market range.( =+/- 270/1 now)

The reserved USD will go to your balance and be used for next buy/fees
