Account hacked

One of my friend got my password and entered into my other account, changed password and email, and wants to sell my account to another person. What should i do? 
Help me please, the account spent a lot of time and money...:matte-motes-crying:
I can give the name of the person who made it and the name of my account?

You didn't get "hacked".  You let someone else get hold of your password.  IMMEDIATELY, follow these instructions >>>> http://wiki.secondlife.com/wiki/Linden_Lab_Official:Account_Security .

You won't get a lot of sympathy from Linden Lab, because you are responsible for maintaining security on your own account (TOS, Sect 4.2):"You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for restricting access to your Internet Device. You are solely responsible for any harm resulting from your disclosure, or authorization of the disclosure, of your password or from any person's use of your password to gain access to your Account or Account Name.
