Live video not seen by others

I have a prim, I made one face Media. It plays pre-recorded videos from web pages and all can see. When I put in the URL for viewing my live video from YouTube it only is visible to me, no one else can see it. Is there a setting somewhere? I'm using Firestorm viewer, have Quicktime installed, have Flashplayer for other browsers installed. Help!

There are controls that turn it off and on that float above the prim. unless you disallowed it when you created thr prim.  Tell them to be sure to turn it on.  They also need to enable media in preferences

Yes have done those things. They can see a pre-recorded video just fine. But not a Live .... Streaming event

My question wasn't answered. Why can't other avatars see my Live......Stream? And why doesn't Answers let me put the word Live and the word Streaming together?
