Why does my free account summary say that I may have 1,024 meters of land allowed holdings?

My account summary for Shiro Takaaki says that I am allowed 1,024 meters of land and it is a free account. The account was started on 9/17/2007. If I do purchase the 1,024 meters will I be charged land use fees?

Ity's very odd. If really you are a Basic account, you cannot own land in Mainland. But if you can purchase land, you are a Premium account (you are paying for your account to LL) and you will be charged the use land fees.

In any case, if you are a Basic account and you are not paying to LL for your account, forvive this issue, perhaps a failure in the system

Did you have Premium membership that you downgraded?

There have been a few cases recently when the downgrade system has a been a bit buggy.

Go to your dashboard and to Land Manager section on the left, click on Land Use Fees and at the bottom of that page I assume you have check mark 3rd from bottom instead of at the bottom. You can try changing it to the bottom one and click save changes, but it may reject the change saying basic members can`t play with this setting lol

If it does accept the change, try changing it back again afterwards, if it rejects that change, all is well
