is legal this  a deal with slave aukion withaut i say yes or not i want the deal akzept but he say i have lotdebits so 3000L$

If the slave wants to walk away with the cash, then there's nothing to stop him or her.   Though the auction house and RP group will probably ban him or her for doing it.    

Personally i think that the slave should return the money if she or he doesn't want to complete the deal, but LL aren't going to get involved.
