im trying to sell L$ to paypal but i dontknow how it works and i can do it, it says it doesnt charge out now

You can't sell Linden to Paypal.  What you do is sell Linden for US dollars that are placed in your US$ account.  Then you select Process Credit from the Account Summary on your US dollars.  That then is transferred to your PayPal account assuming everything else is correct.
