how does one deal with constant crashing, somewhat due to simple moving of your Avatar?

Lately, whenever I log on, I  will get to move turn around, or even walk a few feet, before I crash.  I have adjusted my settings in Preferences a thousand times, I try to keep them all low as possible, but nothing seems to matter or work.  I am beyond frustrated right now.  I just want to be able to move around again, without crashing and having to go through the whole login process all over again.  And, I know my rather large Inventory has continually been blamed for my crashing troubles, but I do not agree with that.  This crashing issue has gotten worse since I deleted some 10,000 items to start.  I still have much more to downsize on my Inventory, but I am working on that as much as humanly possible to bring it down at least a total of 100,000 items.  I need Answers.  So, if "You" can help me, please do.  Thanks much,

Try installing the new Linden Lab Maintenance Viewer.  It has fixes for a number of outstanding crash issues.
