Ive noticed when other people take images or do videos their avatar and the scene doesnt look distorted. and by that Im not talking about mesh distortion Im talking about perspective.

Ive tried changing the camera. first of all it never follows where I want it to follow. it jumps around. Im either bouncing in or out of where I want to view. and if I zoom in there is also distortion of the face.

Ive tried a larger computer monitor and still its a camera angle thing. I want it to stay at a certain distance from avatar most of the time. but be able to zoom in for closeups when Im testing makeup and eyes that I create. but, always having to take a lot of time adjusting as sometimes it wont even zoom in. I have to camera angle around and then trick it back to the front. very annoying.

Not sure what to do. its been going on for years. seems like gets fixed then an update or two later right back to junk view.

Are you talking about adjusting the camera FOV?

Holding the CTRL button and pressing 8, 9, or 0 with adjust your FOV "distorting" the image. 8 and 0 increase/decrease your FOV and can be pressed repeatedly to further the effect. Pressing CTRL+9 reverts to the default.
