why does sl show my payment was declined when buying lindens yet on my cad acct it shows money taken

i was tying to buy lindens. i cose to buy  5000  lindens for   19.48 usd. i mpaid with my card.  my purchase was shown as declined  bt second life  yet the money was charged to and taken fo my cvad acct.  i expect an answer and explabnation or immediate refund

you can demand as much you want, but you'r on a forum section with only residents. We  refund nothing.

If you want to talk about this with LL you need to call billing or send a ticket to support,

first .. be sure the money is really taken, and have a look at your balance at your profile page, not in the viewer.

 

Next to that you also perhaps placed a limit buy order, and not a market buy.
