I have gone to both Pooley and Furball, once I load, nothing happens.  I need/want to get my inventory back. I have lost a lot.  I don't know what else to do.  Please help.

If your local cache is corrupted, you must delete it first. Here are instructions...

And if nothing there helps, try using an alternate to your current viewer. I always keep two viewers handy (SL official and Firestorm) to help resolve issues like this. You can find a list of approved viewers here...
