When do you get that driver timeout error?

Does it happen just after login has completed and the world view is visible or does it happens during login?

You said you only get the driver timeout on one account.  That makes me suspect that the affected account is either wearing an attachment that's crashing the graphics driver or the affected account is logging into a location where a graphics crasher object is rezzed nearby.

Try logging the affected account into a different region & see if it still happens.

If it does, login that account on a text viewer (eg Radegast) and remove all attachments and then log it in again on a normal SL viewer & see if the driver still bombs.

Which viewer are you using?  If you are using the LL Miant-RC viewer, you may be suffering from BUG-40812 , but I wouldn't expect this to be account specific.

First update the Nvidia drivers.
