how to get rid of a harasser permanently

Ive been harrassed by this person hourly, day in and day out. Whenver I mute him, he will create another alt and on and on, non stop. He comes in shouting in local, goes in IM chat. verbal abuse, insults, and sexual harrassemnt.  I've report his abuse thru Help tab to Linden Lab, but seems like it doesn't work.  What else can I do or what can Linden Lab do to take some action?

and change your favorite places, if he knows where you hang it's easy to find you

Grievers and haters feed on the attention they receive. Stop feeding the griever and just live your SL. LL are not likely to step in.

And, there isn´t much Linden can do.

If they ban the griefers IP, he gets a new one ...

Linden customer help in the case of this attacks is pretty much useless, as with most online communities.

I know how you feel. I have been reporting one for 6 months now. No matter how many times I ban and mute him, he makes more alts and LL doesn't ban his IP. He has made serious threats and has caused a lot of issues with businesses.  LL told me to make a police report for the threats and even after that was done still nothing.
