You are wearing the demo skin.  Either you never bought the real one (or forgot to accept it when the vendor delivered it), or you have mixed up the demo and final folders in your inventory.  If you actually paid for the final skin, the record of your purchase will be in your Transaction History at secondlife.com >>> Account.  Look in the Recent tab in your inventory to locate it.  You may need to adjust the date/time filter in the Recent tab to see it, if you made the purchase a while ago.

It's also possible the merchant made an error when packing the folder or box you got when you bought it or mislabeled the skin in their inventory and mixed up the demo with the actual skin.  You'll have to contact them if this is the case to get the correct version.
