2. Pick up all your stuff, one item at a time.

3. Open World >> About Land >> General

4. Click Abandon Land

5. Request a new Linden Home.  or

6. Go out and buy a parcel anywhere on the Mainland and put up a house on it.  Your Premium land fee waiver will apply to the monthly fees on that parcel, just as they did on your Linen Home.
