i am unable to launch second life because it gives an error that says you need to install video card

i get an error that says; you need to install video card. well i do have an updated video card. so what to do?

start with editing your post and give some usefull information, add your system specs.

 

Already can say, if you have W10 and intel onboard graphics 2000/3000 you'r out of luck.

Most likely, the message does not say to install a video card.  It tells you to update the drivers for your graphics card.  Here's how >>> https://community.secondlife.com/t5/English-Knowledge-Base/Graphics-cards/ta-p/700073#Section_.1.5

As Alwin says, not all graphics drivers can be updated.  Intel does not provide appropriate drivers for many older and low-end graphics chips if you are using them on a machine with Windows 10.
