i am unable to launch second life because it gives an error that says you need to install video card

Already can say, if you have W10 and intel onboard graphics 2000/3000 you'r out of luck.

Most likely, the message does not say to install a video card.  It tells you to update the drivers for your graphics card.  Here's how >>> https://community.secondlife.com/t5/English-Knowledge-Base/Graphics-cards/ta-p/700073#Section_.1.5

As Alwin says, not all graphics drivers can be updated.  Intel does not provide appropriate drivers for many older and low-end graphics chips if you are using them on a machine with Windows 10.
