offline ims and notecards not coming though

Two quick things I would check:

- in Firestorm preferences under chat -> notices, make sure you have the box checked to send offline IM's and double check the email address displayed there (make sure it's the email account you think it is, and that is doesn't have a typo in it)

- check your spam folder for your email account.

Hopefully others will answer with some additional suggestions.
