I have a homestead. I would like to rent out one parcel of land. I offer up to 1000 prims and up to 1/3rd of the property. No property boundaries have been set and I would prefer to keep it that way. I am the only other resident there. Skyboxes fine and I have a (huge) one already there ready for anyone. Property is undeveloped except for a few things I am playing around with. Residental only. No clubs or shops. Let me know what you need. $45 US monthly.
