All of my clothing is gone. In was all in one folder. I cleared Cache and re-logged multiple times.

If all of your clothing was in one humongous folder, it may be too big to download as you log in.  If that happens, the download will time out before it can finish, and you'll be missing items in your local cache.  It's a good idea to keep your total inventory under about 40,000 items and to create subfolders with 50 to 100 items in them instead of putting everything into a few very large folders.

If you are a Premium member, try contacting Live Chat.  If I remember correctly, they have a tool for dividing super-large folders.
