reactivcating an avatar

I am going crazy here, with the lag of support to find and re activate an older avatar, i want Babylon Easterwood back, and it seems it is a mission impossible

It's usually quite easy, assuming that you are the account owner and aren't trying to bring back an account that disappeared ten years ago.  Follow the instructions at https://community.secondlife.com/t5/English-Knowledge-Base/Accounts-overview/ta-p/700019#Section_.5.2 .  There's no guarantee that your inventory or account balance can be recovered, and you may find that a newly reactivated account has irregular behavior at first.
