"Access" in what way? When you registered for the house, you should have received an e-mail tht includes a SLURL to its location.  It may be in your e-mail spam filter.  You don't really need the e-mail, though.  Just open your dashboard at secondlife.com >>> Land and look in the My Mainland section to find your address.

Now, if that's not your question and you mean that you can't open the door, it's probably not your house.  Double check the address.  All the houses in a neighborhood look pretty much alike.
