I send a gift to friend and my friend did not recive it ? what can I do ?

Check your Marketplace History or your Transaction Log to see that you really sent the gift to the intended person.  Did you use their USER NAME, not their Display Name?  Did you spell it correctly?  If you sent it to the wrong person, there is little you can do except send a note to them asking if they'll return it (if it is transferable and CAN be returned.)

If that is not the problem, maybe your friend was in Busy (Unavailable) mode.  If so, the gift was automatically refused and is permanently lost.

If the gift was an Adult item and your friend has their preferences set to General or Moderate, the gift cannot be sent.  You should have gotten an error message, and the system would not take your money, in that case.
